These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website lucechiara.it (hereinafter "Website"), owned by Lucechiara Snc, Str. del Bargone 74A, 43036 Fidenza (PR), Italy — hereinafter "Lucechiara" or "Owner".

By accessing the Website you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Use of the Website

The Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute Website content without prior written authorisation;
  • Use the Website to transmit unlawful, offensive or harmful content;
  • Attempt to access systems or data not publicly available.

2. Online Reservations

The reservation form on the Website constitutes a table request, not a binding contract. A reservation is only confirmed upon explicit acknowledgement from Lucechiara (by email or telephone).

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, Lucechiara reserves the right to release the table 15 minutes after the agreed time. For groups of 10 or more, cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Intellectual Property

All Website content — texts, photographs, logos, graphics and source code — is the exclusive property of Lucechiara or the respective rights holders and is protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

4. Cookies and Tracking

5. Limitation of Liability

Lucechiara endeavours to keep Website information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The Owner is not liable for:

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Parma, unless the dispute involves a consumer, in which case the consumer's local court shall have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
